At 360 Rehab, we recognise and celebrate neurodiversity as a natural and valuable part of human variation. Our services are designed to support both adults and children with neurodivergent profiles—including autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, and developmental differences—by focusing on their individual strengths and unique ways of processing the world.
Our approach aims to enhance functional skills, build confidence, and promote independence in daily living—whether at home, in education, at work, or in the community. We tailor our assessments, interventions, and recommendations to meet the specific needs and goals of each person, ensuring they can thrive in environments that respect and accommodate their differences.
Through personalised therapy and coaching, we help neurodivergent individuals develop essential life skills, improve participation in meaningful activities like work or socialising with friends, and achieve greater independence—all while working collaboratively with families, educators, employers and other professionals to ensure holistic, consistent support.
Paediatrics is a specialist area that focuses on helping children and young people, typically from birth to 18 years, develop the skills they need to participate in everyday activities, such as playing, learning, dressing, toileting and socialising.

Occupational therapists play a central role in planning and delivering independent living trials (ILTs) for individuals preparing to move into their own homes—either for the first time or following injury or illness. These trials are carefully designed, person-centred interventions that allow individuals to safely test and build their functional independence in a real or simulated home environment. The OT begins by assessing the client’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental needs, and collaboratively sets meaningful goals. Key aspects such as the trial setting, duration, level of support required, and specific skills to be trialled—such as self-care, meal preparation, budgeting, medication management, or community access—are mapped out in advance, alongside a risk assessment to ensure safety. OT provides structured, flexible support, using observation, graded activities, coaching, and problem-solving to build the person’s confidence and capability. At the end of the trial, outcomes are evaluated in relation to the individual’s goals, and a comprehensive report is provided with recommendations for future support, accommodation needs, or next steps toward independent living.
We can help plan a smooth transition home from hospital or rehabilitation, and work alongside other professionals (such as specialist building contractors) to ensure that the correct services, equipment and support is in place to help reduce any anxieties and minimise delays.
This may involve clinical aspects such as arranging for specialist equipment to be in place in time for your discharge home, or more of a case management approach, coordinating the relevant parties such as appropriate care to ensure a smooth process for you or your family member.
We run therapy-led group programmes to support daily skills, wellbeing, and recovery. Some groups are open to all, while others are by referral only. These groups follow a structured plan to meet specific needs and provide a safe, confidential space for sharing.
We provide clinical supervision, training and mentoring support to occupational therapists and support staff. This is useful for therapists needing expert clinical supervision, or those considering a move to or working in independent practice, as well in statutory services, care environments or emerging roles.
This can involve 1:1 or peer group clinical supervision and training across a range of services, professionals and client groups.
Training can be provided for professionals including support workers, rehabilitation assistants, therapists and other professionals who are keen to learn more about a specific client's needs. This might include family members or the workplace who want to know more about how to help their relative or employee to manage day-to-day tasks, to optimise work performance, or the best ways to provide care or use specialised aids or equipment.
Training can be offered on a range of topics including health conditions such as acquired brain injury or anxiety or how to implement wellbeing in the workplace. It can also include treatment programmes, and other clinical issues such as upper limb, postural management, fatigue management or neurodiversity awareness and best practice.
