our philosophy

As the founder and clinical director of 360 Rehab, my commitment to delivering the highest standard of rehabilitation and coaching is deeply personal. At my core, I am, and always will be, an occupational therapist. This profession has shaped not only my career but also my values, my perspectives, and my purpose.

I believe wholeheartedly in the principles of occupational therapy - that every individual has the right to engage in meaningful activities, to feel a sense of purpose, and to live with dignity and independence. Occupational therapy is not just a service - it’s a powerful, evidence-based approach that can transform lives. I’ve seen it help children develop foundational skills, adults regain confidence after injury or illness, and older adults maintain their independence and identity.

Coaching, while different in form, resonates closely with this ethos. It, too, is about unlocking human potential. Coaching uses structured, collaborative, and client-led processes to empower individuals to gain clarity, improve performance, and achieve personal or professional aspirations. Like occupational therapy, it is non-directive, respectful, and strengths-based. At its best, coaching provides the space, tools, and encouragement for people to thrive - not through instruction, but through insight and action.

What connects these two approaches is the shared belief that each person is the expert in their own life. Whether I am working clinically or in a coaching capacity, I meet people where they are - with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to helping them move forward.

What drives me is the belief that every client is unique, and so are the activities that give their life meaning. Whether it’s brushing their teeth, returning to work, playing with their grandchildren, or simply feeling safe and capable in their own home - these are not small things. They are everything.

That’s why our service is built on quality, ethics, and client-centred care. We don’t just treat symptoms - we listen, we collaborate, and we empower. We work in real-world environments, we tailor our interventions, and we aim to leave clients stronger, more confident, and more independent than when we met them. At 360 Rehab, we honour individuality. We don’t deliver one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we work in real-life contexts, listen deeply, collaborate openly, and design interventions that are as unique as the people we serve.

Ultimately, my goal is not just to lead a company, but to lead a practice that reflects the very best of what occupational therapy, rehabilitation and coaching can offer: empowering, transformative and deeply human. When we do our job well, we don’t just help people function - we help them rediscover possibility, purpose and potential. We help them thrive.

our ethos: Restore. Regain. Reintegrate.

RESTORE

REINTEGRATE

RESTORE

We support clients in

rebuilding skills that have been lost due to injury or illness, or

never fully developed such as developmental delays affecting motor, sensory, and cognitive abilities.

Our approach is grounded in evidence-based interventions that promote foundational skill acquisition, helping individuals reclaim the abilities they need for everyday life.

But restoration goes beyond physical function. We also focus on restoring confidence and identity, helping clients reconnect with who they are and what they’re capable of.

REGAIN

REINTEGRATE

RESTORE

We help individuals recover independence in daily living tasks -whether that’s personal care, managing a household, or returning to work or education. Our focus is on restoring not just function, but also confidence, identity, and a sense of control.

We work with clients to develop a balanced lifestyle, supporting both physical health and emotional wellbeing. This includes helping them manage routines, energy levels, and stress, while also making space for meaningful activities.

Our interventions address the physical, emotional, and cognitive barriers that can limit participation, using tailored strategies to help clients move forward with purpose and resilience.

REINTEGRATE

REINTEGRATE

REINTEGRATE

Rehabilitation is not just about recovery - it’s about returning to life. We support clients in reintegrating into meaningful routines and roles - whether at home, in the workplace, at school, in relationships or within their community.

Our tailored rehabilitation plans are designed to facilitate social inclusion and role fulfilment, helping individuals reconnect with the people, places, and activities that matter most to them.

We focus on enabling participation in real-world settings, promoting autonomy, and restoring a sense of purpose and belonging.

our values

Ethics & Professionalism

We uphold the highest standards of care, respect, and integrity. Our team is committed to ethical decision-making, transparency, and maintaining trust with every client and professional we work with.

Collaborative Assessment

We believe in working with our clients - not just for them. We involve families, carers, and other professionals to identify key challenges and set meaningful, shared goals that reflect the client’s priorities.

Appropriate Intervention

Every recommendation we make is based on clinical need, evidence, and relevance to the client’s goals. We do not over-treat or suggest unnecessary services, ensuring our input is always purposeful and proportionate.

Promoting Independence

Our ultimate aim is to empower clients to manage their lives confidently and independently. We avoid fostering reliance on our services and actively plan for discharge, including signposting to other support or services when appropriate.

Real-World Engagement

We meet clients in the environments that matter most - whether that’s at home, school, work, or in the community. This allows us to observe real-life challenges and work collaboratively to create practical, meaningful solutions.

Person-Centred Flexibility

We adapt to our clients’ schedules and needs, offering flexible appointments and personalised support that fits into their lives - not the other way around.

Secure & Transparent Practice

We use a dedicated case management system to ensure all personal and clinical information is securely stored and accessible when needed, supporting continuity of care and client confidence.

Testimonials

"Living with reduced mobility, chronic pain, respiratory difficulties, and resulting mental health challenges - including anxiety - made everyday life overwhelming. I struggled to balance my health while maintaining my career, fearing that I might have to give up work entirely. Then I found Victoria.  She helped me gain a deeper understanding of my conditions and provided manageable strategies I could put into practice every day. Her approach was supportive yet empowering - rather than feeling lost in medical jargon, I finally felt in control of my well-being. Perhaps the most life-changing aspect of her support was guiding me through securing reasonable adjustments at work. With her help, I got statutory funding and workplace accommodations that allowed me to keep working while protecting my health. Instead of worrying about sick days or burnout, I now have the stability and tools to work in a way that fits my needs.

Victoria’s knowledge, advocacy, and unwavering support have made a profound difference in my life. I couldn’t be more grateful for the hope, confidence, and practical solutions she has given me. If you're navigating complex health challenges and need someone to help you move forward - Victoria is the person you need". Ellie

what is occupational therapy?

Occupational therapy (OT) is a health and social care profession, regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council.

Occupational therapy takes a “whole-person approach” to both mental and physical health and well-being and enables individuals to achieve their full potential.

Occupational therapy provides practical support to empower people to facilitate recovery and overcome barriers preventing them from doing the activities (or occupations) that matter to them. This support increases people's independence and satisfaction in all aspects of life - this is essential for performing day to day tasks that most people take for granted, such as self-care, work or leisure.

"Occupation" as a term refers to practical and purposeful activities that allow people to live independently and have a sense of identity. This could be essential day-to-day tasks in the core life domains of self-care, productivity or leisure.

what is an occupational therapist

An occupational therapist is a health care professional that considers all of the patient’s needs - physical, psychological, social and environmental. This support can make a real difference giving people a renewed sense of purpose, opening up new horizons, and changing the way they feel about the future.
