Victoria is a dynamic, highly skilled, motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience supporting children and adults with a wide range of complex needs.
She is a specialist in the fields of neuro-rehabilitation, neurodiversity, mental health and paediatrics, where she confidently applies her knowledge to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective, client-centred treatment programmes.
Victoria is known for her holistic, activity-based approach, tailoring interventions to restore functional independence, promote participation in meaningful roles, and improve overall wellbeing. Her interventions are grounded in activity-based tasks aligned with realistic, measurable goals, tailored to client priorities, enhancing motivation and engagement for clients and stakeholders throughout the rehabilitation journey.

Since commencing work in the private sector in 2011, Victoria has embraced the opportunity to provide comprehensive rehabilitation free from statutory constraints, consistently updating her skills through ongoing professional development.
